Terms and Conditions – Nob Win Official Platform Rules

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and any supplementary documents referenced herein:

To register and use nob win you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Nob win strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of nob win or its technology partners where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest with fair play.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on nob win. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If nob win identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be suspended, and any winnings or balances across the additional accounts will be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or incorrect contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Nob win strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify nob win immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Any activity that takes place on your nob win account before you notify us of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Nob win will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any communication channel.
• Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all nob win accounts.
• Account transfers between players are not permitted under any circumstances.

Nob win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits made through any other method will not be credited and may be returned at the player's expense.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and player verification level. Standard accounts may have lower limits that increase following full identity verification.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

All bets placed on nob win are final once confirmed. The platform does not permit cancellation of bets after placement except in cases of proven technical error on nob win's side. Each game category on nob win carries its own specific rules — those game-specific rules apply in addition to these general Terms and take precedence where there is a specific conflict.

• Bets may only be placed using real PKR balance or qualifying bonus balance in your nob win wallet. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Minimum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before staking.
• Where a technical fault causes a game round to be interrupted before completion, nob win's server records are used to determine the final state of the round. In cases where the result cannot be determined fairly, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Nob win reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances that reasonably suggest technical exploitation, collusion, or abuse of game mechanics.
• Winnings from live casino tables, fishing games, slots, and all other game categories are credited to your wallet immediately upon round completion.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate. Final confirmed amounts are determined at the moment of triggering and are final.

Nob win offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to these general bonus rules. Claiming a bonus at nob win constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance in your nob win wallet and are not immediately available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full using real-money bets before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each offer.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on nob win. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in one or all bonuses being voided.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on nob win. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, their balance reviewed, and may have outstanding winnings withheld pending investigation:

• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the nob win platform in a manner not available to standard human players.
• Money Laundering: Using nob win to transfer, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. Nob win applies anti-money laundering procedures compliant with applicable standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward nob win staff or other players through any channel.

Nob win takes its responsibilities around player welfare seriously. Every player account includes access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available at all times through your account settings and nob win encourages all players to use them proactively rather than waiting until a problem develops.

If you feel that your gaming behaviour has become problematic — if you are spending more than you can afford, if gaming is affecting your relationships or work, or if you feel unable to stop — nob win strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature available through your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly. Increases take 48 hours to take effect; decreases are immediate.

• Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure.

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed. Bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

Nob win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified by nob win.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, nob win will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player wherever legally permissible to do so.

Nob win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nob win will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the nob win platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using nob win and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
